How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Saylinks Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page covers how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Saylinks Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Saylinks Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@saylinks.skin and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
