About Saylinks Septic and How Referrals Work

Request an estimate, no obligation

What Saylinks Septic Is

Saylinks Septic is a referral service for homeowners dealing with septic or sewer problems. We connect you with independent providers in our network. That is the whole job. We do not dig, pump, pipe or repair anything ourselves.

Why This Service Exists

A septic problem is stressful. Many people grab the first number they find and agree to whatever is quoted. That is rarely a calm way to decide. This service exists so you can compare, then decide, with real options in front of you.

How Matching Works

You tell us what is happening: a slow drain, a backup, a soggy yard, a tank that is due for pumping. We pass that along to a local provider whose services fit your situation. You then hear from the provider directly, talk through the problem, and ask for an estimate.

You can request more than one estimate. Many homeowners do, and that is perfectly fine.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

  • Explain the problem in plain words
  • Give a written estimate before work begins
  • Be honest about what is urgent and what can wait
  • Respect your decision, whichever way it goes

You should still check each provider yourself. Ask about licensing, insurance and experience with your type of system.

What We Do Not Do

It helps to be clear here.

  • We do not perform septic or sewer work.
  • We do not set provider prices or promise a specific cost.
  • We do not promise how fast a provider can arrive. Availability varies, and many providers can respond quickly, but you should ask.
  • We do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

The work, the price and the schedule are agreed between you and the provider.

How the Service Is Funded

You do not pay Saylinks Septic to request an estimate. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That arrangement is how the service keeps running. It does not change what you are quoted, and you are never required to hire anyone.

Life After the Repair

Fixing the problem is only half of it. Once the work is done, keep it fixed. Regular tank pumping, careful water use, and keeping heavy vehicles off the drainfield go a long way. Ask your provider for a simple maintenance schedule before they leave.
